A pharmacophore model can be created in one of the followin ways:
Pharmacophore creation in the molecular editor.
- Select the Molecular Editor.
- Use the buttons shown below to draw the pharmacophore.
Extracting a pharmacophore from a chemical object
- Right click on the ligand in the ICM Workspace and select "Copy as Pharmacophore".
- Select either pharm centers or chemical fragments.
