Next

A pharmacophore model can be created in one of the followin ways:

Pharmacophore creation in the molecular editor.

  • Select the Molecular Editor.
  • Use the buttons shown below to draw the pharmacophore.

Extracting a pharmacophore from a chemical object

  • Right click on the ligand in the ICM Workspace and select "Copy as Pharmacophore".

  • Select either pharm centers or chemical fragments.
