PBS Documentary

A PBS documentary "Cancer: The Emperor of all Maladies" showed MolSoft ICM in action (see below). Scientists at Novartis are shown in the documentary using MolSoft's ICM and the 3D Ligand Editor in the Novartis Focus software to visualize the interaction of the drug LDK378 which is a selective inhibitor of ALK. ALK is a target found in a variety of cancers including lung cancer. The documentary is based on Siddhartha Mukherjee's Pulitzer Prize winning book "The Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of Cancer".
