The Protein Data Bank (PDB) is an archive of experimentally determined 3-dimensional structures of biological macromolecules, serving a global community of researchers, educators, and students. The archives contain atomic coordinates, bibliographic citations, primary and secondary structure information, as well as crystallographic structure factors and NMR experimental data.

Hint: some of the entries are VERY big (e.g. 1bgl - beta-galactosidase), so make your browser's life easier, e.g. view Ca-trace.

NOTE: You need either to install ActiveICM plug-in for your web browser (first option) or make sure that Java is installed and enabled (second option).
