9.2 Residue Renumber

To renumber residues using a sequence or an offset

Go to Homology -> Renumber Residues.
In the dialog:
- Enter the PDB chain you want to renumber.
- Select the renumbering method:
  - Fixed Offset: enter the starting residue number.
  - Master Sequence: select the sequence to match.
  - PDB Construct Sequence: renumber based on the construct sequence.
